the hotel has an amazing location right by the river walk in belém. the staff was friendly and helpful! my room was very large and clean with soft cotton sheets and a relaxing sleep experience.
i found the spa slightly limited for a hotel of this standard. (still quite enjoyable though!)

The breakfast was amazing, with fresh items prepared to order. i loved the variety. There were breads, pancakes, cakes, and all types of eggs including scrambled and benedict.

the service was great, and the staff was very attentive. i personally appreciated the manager who welcomed me, a rare occurrence in most establishments. they are friendly and efficient! (felt really special)

Wonderful Stay by the River

The location was excellent. I could easily walk to nearby attractions. The room was spacious with a view of the marina. The bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower.. I really appreciated the cleanliness of the facilities.
The electricity stopped charging my cellphone a couple of times. The halls had insufficient lighting, which I found inconvenient. I found it hard to charge my electronics.

The breakfast was delicious and had many options. The location was near the Tagus river. It was excellent to explore Belém Tower. I also liked that the room was spacious and clean.
The toilet in my room was broken and this woke me up during the night. Staff did not fix it despite my multiple complaints. The preauthorization was held for two weeks before the money returned to my account. This was strange as the payment was also taken out.
